What is Spritz?

Spritz is a next-generation home management agency that offers an innovative approach to domestic cleaning and additional specialized services such as Decluttering, Wardrobe Day, Spa Day, and more. It's not just another home cleaning franchise; it's a management agency opportunity where you lead a team, manage operations, and offer clients a transformative home care experience.

Do I need to do the cleaning myself?.

No, as a Spritz franchisee, you will not be doing the cleaning yourself. Your role is to manage the operations, marketing, and your team of cleaners in your designated territory. Your expertise will be focused on growing and managing the business.

What does the initial franchise cost cover?

Currently, the initial franchise fee is £12,447 (plus VAT). It covers your franchise license,  exclusive territory rights, initial stock of marketing materials, comprehensive training with accommodation package, launch setup and more. Note that this low fee is a special launch offer and is therefore increasing to £15,000 to those that join from January 2024.

Additionally, as a franchisee will need a computer, smartphone, and printer. Any stock requirements (leaflets, cards, etc) after the initial set can be purchased.

What are the ongoing fees?

There's a monthly franchise support fee of £250 and an ongoing royalty percentage of 12.5% (the royalty only applies to the net amount after the cleaner has been paid. The good news here is that from month 6 the monthly support fee reduces as your royalty increases. The other good news is that Spritz takes care of client fee collection and debt issues, easing the administrative load on franchisees.

How does payment collection work?

Spritz manages the payment and collection system. The franchisee enters initial payments from clients and processes them through the Spritz payment gateway. The franchisee then gets paid directly from Spritz.

How much can I expect to earn as a Spritz franchisee?

By following the Spritz Success Blueprint, we project that a franchisee can earn around £35K in the first year just from primary home cleaning services. By the second year, thanks to the compound growth of recurring clients, that figure can rise to just over £100K. 

Additionally, franchisees can earn more from our specialist secondary services.

What makes Spritz different from other cleaning franchises?

Spritz offers a unique blend of traditional home cleaning and specialized services that cater to the evolving needs of homeowners. Additionally, our franchisees manage their territory as a business, not just a cleaning service. Our competitors don't offer the innovative services we do, such as Decluttering, Wardrobe Day, and more, which in many cases can be significant income earners.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, we offer a money-back guarantee to our franchisees. However, there are conditions attached. Franchisees need to show that they've followed the Spritz Success Blueprint. Our guarantee isn't a free pass to failure but a testament to our confidence in our model.

How do I secure my preferred territory?

Territories are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. If you've already registered your interest and expressed your decision to join Spritz, we will honour that registration. If you haven’t, please visit our website's 'How It Works page and scroll down to 'Ready To Elevate Your Financial Future?' section and complete the form to select your preferred territory.

Do clients provide their cleaning equipment and consumables?

Yes, clients are expected to provide cleaning equipment and consumables. This approach ensures cleaners use products that clients approve of, and there's no cross-contamination between homes.

How much do I need to invest in marketing?

Marketing expenses largely depend on your approach. On average, franchisees might spend around £250 per month on marketing, but this figure can vary based on your strategies and local market conditions.

I've never run a business before. Is this a problem?

Not at all! While prior business experience can be beneficial, what's more important is your drive, commitment, and passion. Our comprehensive training and support system are designed to equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to run your Spritz franchise successfully.

Can I run this business part-time?

While the potential for success is greater if you can dedicate full-time hours, it is possible to start on a part-time basis. However, as your client base grows, you might find that a full-time commitment (or engaging a supervisor) is necessary to manage the demand and provide consistent service quality.

Are there opportunities for multi-unit ownership?

Yes, there may be opportunities for you to expand your operations and manage multiple territories, given availability.

What kind of support can I expect from the Spritz HQ?

Spritz is committed to the success of every franchisee. You'll receive ongoing training, marketing support, operational guidance, the Spritz App and access to our payment and collection system. Our team will be there to assist you every step of the way.

How long is the training, and where is it held?

Our initial residential training program lasts for 3 days and is held at a variety of country hotels around the UK. These are chosen based upon accessibility, comfort, reputation and atmosphere. We like to choose those hotels that have a 'retreat' feeling about them - experience shows that this setting offers a more immersive training environment.

What is the term of the franchise agreement?

Like most other franchise agreements, the initial term of the Spritz franchise agreement is five years, with an option to renew for additional five-year terms.

What training and help will I receive as a Spritz franchisee?

As a Spritz franchisee, you won't be navigating the business landscape alone. We're committed to ensuring your success, and that begins with comprehensive training and ongoing support. 

Here's what you can expect:

1. Initial Training:
Once you're on board, you'll undergo a robust training program that covers everything from our business model, the Spritz Success Blueprint, marketing techniques, customer service best practices, and the use of our proprietary systems and tools.

2. Ongoing Support:
Our relationship doesn't end after the initial training. You'll have regular access to our experienced support team who will assist with any challenges, offer advice, and provide updates on best practices.

3. Marketing Assistance:
With our cutting-edge marketing systems, we'll provide you with proven strategies and materials to attract and retain clients in your territory. This includes online advertising support, social media guidance, and other promotional materials.

4. Proprietary Tools:
As a Spritz franchisee, you'll have access to our proprietary payment gateway, Spritz App, and other tools designed to streamline your operations and enhance the customer experience.

5. Community:
Join a community of like-minded entrepreneurs. Share experiences, learn from one another, and grow together in our regular franchisee meet-ups and conferences.

What's the ideal profile of a Spritz franchisee?

We're looking for individuals who are motivated, driven, and committed to delivering exceptional service. Prior business experience can be helpful, but it's not a must-have. What we truly value is a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for the Spritz brand and ethos.

Can I choose my cleaners or does Spritz provide them?

Franchisees are responsible for engaging and managing their team of cleaners. The method and process for doing this is covered in detail on the training course. 

When can I start after signing the franchise agreement?

Once the agreement is signed and the initial training is completed, you can start operations. Typically, franchisees can commence business immediately, but this might vary based on individual circumstances.

Are there any conventions or meetings I need to attend?

Yes, Spritz will hold an annual franchisee convention where we share updates, training, and best practices. It's a great opportunity to network with other franchisees and the Spritz leadership team. Additionally, we provide Continuous Business Development training, online training and regional meetings and events.

Are there Master Franchises available

Yes, we do offer Master Franchise opportunities for individuals or entities interested in taking on a larger role within the Spritz brand. A Master Franchisee will have the rights to develop and support the Spritz brand in a larger specified region, often encompassing multiple territories or even entire countries. 

This role includes responsibilities such as recruiting individual franchisees, providing them with assistance and support.
